We are the Champions

Yes - old news, but the Miami Heat did win the Championship this year. The best part is that we were there to participate in all of the celebration. It was so much fun. We were all so happy for the Miami Heat, especially Lebron James. The last 3 minutes of the game were so much fun because everybody was just clapping and cheering. We did it!

Even though cops blocked off most of 49 street, people still went out with their pots, pans, whistles and banners. It was crazy. People were running down the street, cheering and giving others hi-fives. On our way home, we saw a truck that had a full blown drum set in the bed of the truck. It was awesome.

Of course, the next day we all went to get our championship gear.

I can't wait for next year's season. Hopefully we can do it again, again and AGAIN! And (now I'm being really hopeful) hopefully we'll be there to experience it again!

p.s. I think it's so weird to have Ray Allen on our team now! But at least it's not Paul Pierce, KG or Rondo. Ew. Ray Allen has always been my favorite on the Celtics team. I didn't think our team could get any better, but with him and Rashad Lewis, it's going to be amazing!
