Quick Stop in Alabama

On our way to Delaware, we went a little out of our way to visit Stacey, Chris and our 3 adorable nephews. They're currently in Montgomery Alabama while Chris is doing some training before moving to New Mexico (he's in the Air Force).

We arrived Saturday night and stayed up talking to Stace and Chris. The next day, we didn't go to church because Miles vomited. But thankfully, he felt better and was fine the rest of the day. We went on a small hike in a nice park that had bamboo all over. Obviously, bamboo isn't native to the United States, let alone Alabama. It was pretty cool! Miles did very well with Rue. He was such a trooper and enjoyed walking her. Tyson also enjoyed walking her, but was a little afraid at times when she became too hyper. In his defense, Rue to Tyson is what a ginormous dog would be to me. He was definitely brave!

Love this kid.

Seriously, look at that bamboo.

With Tyson.
Blue-eyed baby Trey. He was so big! And so cute!

Chris tried climbing the bamboo. He actually got pretty high once!
After our little hike, we just hung out and played with the kids.

The playing wore out these two.
It was a different experience seeing the Culver family outside of Las Vegas. But we were so happy to visit them. We will definitely miss having them a 5-hour drive away! Thanks for having us and Rue! We wish we could've stayed longer!
